Every service below lists the scope in plain words and the documents we need before the clock starts. Sea & land freightየባህርና የመሬት ጭነት
FCL and LCL from China, Turkey, India and the Gulf into Djibouti, then road or rail to Modjo and on to your gate. We book with Meridian Line and two other carriers, so when one sailing slips there is a second answer the same day. ከቻይና፣ ከቱርክ፣ ከህንድና ከባህረ ሰላጤው FCL እና LCL ወደ ጅቡቲ፣ ከዚያም በመንገድ ወይም በባቡር ወደ ሞጆ እና ወደ በርዎ። ከመሪዲያን መስመርና ከሌሎች ሁለት አጓጓዦች ጋር ቦታ እናስይዛለን፤ አንዱ ጉዞ ሲዘገይ በዚያኑ ቀን ሁለተኛ መልስ ይኖራል።

- Commercial invoice and packing list from the supplierከአቅራቢው የንግድ ደረሰኝና የማሸጊያ ዝርዝር
- Proforma, so we can check the HS code before it is filedፕሮፎርማ — የHS ኮዱን ከመቅረቡ በፊት እንድናረጋግጥ
- Your TIN and business licence copy, once — we keep it on fileየቲን ቁጥርዎና የንግድ ፈቃድ ኮፒ፣ አንድ ጊዜ — በፋይል እናስቀምጠዋለን
- Bank permit reference if the LC is already openLC አስቀድሞ ተከፍቶ ከሆነ የባንክ ፈቃድ ማጣቀሻ
- Where it is going, and who signs for it thereየሚሄድበት ቦታ፣ እና እዚያ የሚፈርመው ሰው
Missing one of these does not stop us starting. It stops the clock being reliable, and we will tell you which day we lost.አንዱ ቢጎድል መጀመራችንን አያግደውም። ሰዓቱ አስተማማኝ እንዳይሆን ግን ያደርጋል፤ የትኛውን ቀን እንዳጣን እንነግርዎታለን።
What we need from youከእርስዎ የሚያስፈልገን

- Certificate of origin where the tariff depends on itታሪፉ የሚወሰንበት ከሆነ የመነሻ ሰርተፍኬት
- Permits: MoH for pharmaceuticals, ECAE for regulated goodsፈቃዶች፦ ለመድኃኒት ከጤና ሚኒስቴር፣ ለተቆጣጣሪ ዕቃዎች ከECAE
- A signed clearing authorisation — we cannot file without itየተፈረመ የማስወጣት ውክልና — ያለሱ ማቅረብ አንችልም
- Duty funds confirmed before inspection day, not afterየቀረጥ ገንዘብ ከምርመራው ቀን በፊት መረጋገጡ፣ ከዚያ በኋላ አይሆንም

Customs clearanceየጉምሩክ ማስወጣት
Five declarants under one chief declarant, Ato Fikru Girma, who has filed at Modjo since 2011. Declaration, valuation defence, physical inspection, duty payment, release. We stand at the container ourselves — we do not send the file and hope. አምስት ዲክላራንቶች ከ2003 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በሞጆ የሚሠራው በዋና ዲክላራንት አቶ ፍቅሩ ግርማ ሥር። ዲክላራሲዮን፣ የግምት መከራከሪያ፣ የዕቃ ምርመራ፣ የቀረጥ ክፍያ፣ ልቀት። ራሳችን ኮንቴነሩ ጋር እንገኛለን — ፋይሉን ልከን አንጠብቅም።
If the declared value is challenged we bring the supplier's price list and past declarations for the same HS code. If we lose the argument we tell you the same afternoon with the new figure, not next week.የተገለጸው ዋጋ ሲጠየቅ የአቅራቢውን የዋጋ ዝርዝርና በተመሳሳይ የHS ኮድ የቀረቡ ቀደም ያሉ ዲክላራሲዮኖችን እናቀርባለን። ክርክሩን ካጣን በዚያኑ ከሰዓት በኋላ አዲሱን ቁጥር እንነግርዎታለን፤ በሚቀጥለው ሳምንት አይደለም።

Warehousing at Kalityበካሊቲ የመጋዘን አገልግሎት
800 m² we rent and run ourselves, five handlers under Girma Wolde. Short-term hold while you sell, palletising, re-packing, and a stock sheet on the first working day of every month. 800 ካሬ ሜትር — እኛ ተከራይተን እኛ የምናስተዳድረው፣ በግርማ ወልዴ ሥር አምስት ሠራተኞች። እየሸጡ እስኪጨርሱ የአጭር ጊዜ ማቆያ፣ በፓሌት መደራደር፣ እንደገና ማሸግ፣ እና በየወሩ በመጀመሪያው የሥራ ቀን የክምችት ሪፖርት።

Trade documentsየንግድ ሰነድ ድጋፍ
We read your letter of credit before the bank does. Wrong port name, an impossible latest-shipment date, a document list your supplier cannot meet — these are cheap to fix on Monday and expensive to fix after the goods sail. የመክፈቻ ሰነድዎን (LC) ባንኩ ከማንበቡ በፊት እኛ እናነበዋለን። የተሳሳተ የወደብ ስም፣ ሊደረስበት የማይቻል የመጨረሻ የጭነት ቀን፣ አቅራቢዎ ማሟላት የማይችለው የሰነድ ዝርዝር — እነዚህ ሰኞ ሲታዩ ርካሽ፣ ዕቃው ከተጫነ በኋላ ግን ውድ ናቸው።
